The Funkanometry SF Dance Company is an award winning 501(c)(3) non-profit performance arts organization dedicated to cultivating a diverse community of leaders by providing youth and young adults with high quality dance training and innovative artistic performances.
We strive to:
- Increase the number and visibility of professionally trained hip-hop dancers in the San Francisco Bay Area
- Empower young generations by building self-awareness and leadership skills through our dance training programs
- Develop a strong community and support structure for historically under-represented individuals, especially LGBT youth and ethnic minorities
